Refund policy

Digital products — all sales final

Genius Maker Themes (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells downloadable Shopify theme files and software license keys through geniusmakerthemes.com and related channels. Our products are digital goods, not physical merchandise.

Because theme files and license keys are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales of digital themes and licenses are final. Refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not available once your order is completed and you receive access to the download and/or license keys.

What you are buying

When you purchase a theme from us, you receive:

• A digital copy of the theme files (zip download); and
• A limited license to install and use that theme on the number of Shopify stores allowed by your plan (for example Solo, Freelancer, or Agency), as described at the time of purchase.

You are not purchasing a guarantee of business performance, revenue, or sales. You are purchasing software and a use license only.

Before you buy

By completing checkout, you confirm that you:

• Understand you are buying a digital product delivered immediately after payment;
• Understand that refunds are not offered for digital theme purchases;
• Have read our Terms of service and this Refund policy;
• Accept that license keys and downloads are non-returnable once issued, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Delivery and access

After payment is confirmed, you may download the theme from your order confirmation or customer account and view license keys under Profile → My Licenses. Delivery is considered complete when the download link and/or license keys are made available to you, even if you have not yet installed the theme on a store.

Activation support (not a refund)

If you have difficulty activating a theme due to a technical issue on our side (for example connecting a store or validating a license), contact us at geniusmakerthemes@gmail.com with your order number and your store’s myshopify.com domain. We will provide reasonable help to complete activation. Activation support is not a refund and does not extend your license beyond what you purchased.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal after license keys were issued, we may immediately revoke all license keys linked to that order. Revoked keys will no longer validate and the theme editor may remain locked on connected stores. We may provide your payment provider with proof of digital delivery, this Refund policy, and records of license issuance and use.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this Refund policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region that cannot be waived by contract. If such laws apply to you, our policy will be read to comply with those requirements.
